Role purpose The Commercial Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing and growing revenue from a select portfolio of top real-estate agencies in Thailand through structured, outcome-linked commercial partnerships. The role acts as the single accountable owner for agency partnership success , coordinating across Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to ensure agencies are onboarded effectively, campaigns perform, integrations run reliably, and revenue is accurately captured. This is an individual contributor role , reporting to the Country Leader for the Agency business . Role responsibilities A. Agency relationship & commercial ownership 1. Own commercial agency partnerships Manage a focused portfolio of top-tier agencies (e.g., large national and international firms) Act as the primary commercial owner for agency partnerships from onboarding through scale Drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion through outcome-linked commercial agreements 2. Senior stakeholder & account management Work closely with senior agency stakeholders to align on objectives, priorities, and performance expectations Lead regular performance and business reviews grounded in data and outcomes Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships through expanded use cases or integrations B. Account performance, reporting & analytics 3. Performance analysis & self-serve reporting Own day-to-day visibility into agency performance across listings, leads, and outcomes Use reporting tools (e.g., Looker or equivalent) to analyze performance and identify issues or opportunities Translate performance data into clear insights for agencies and internal teams 4. Performance governance & issue resolution Proactively monitor dashboards, reports, and invoicing data to identify discrepancies or leakage Coordinate with Finance and Sales Support teams to resolve billing, credit usage, or reporting issues Ensure performance and revenue data remains accurate and trusted by agencies C. Product, integrations & delivery coordination 5. Product-led partnership execution Act as the commercial owner for agency product integrations, including lead APIs and CRM syncs Coordinate closely with Product Managers to scope, prioritize, and deliver partner requirements Support onboarding of new agencies and upgrades of existing integrations 6. Engineering & delivery coordination Work with regional ProdTech and local engineering resources to resolve integration or delivery issues Support testing, rollout, and stabilization of partnership-related integrations Operate with the assumption of light but ongoing technical ownership , rather than heavy build work D. Marketing & demand enablement 7. Paid marketing & demand coordination Oversee agency-linked paid marketing budgets and specialized acquisition tactics Work with local Performance Marketing teams to drive lead growth aligned to agency priorities 8. Lifecycle & campaign activation support Coordinate with LCM and local marketing teams to activate targeted campaigns (e.g., Braze-driven offers) Support limited, high-impact campaign activations aligned to agency promotions or market moments Success metrics Commercial partnership revenue growth, retention, and expansion within top agencies Stability, reliability, and performance of agency integrations and delivery Accuracy and trustworthiness of performance and invoicing data Identification and conversion of pipelines to create limited but impactful new agency partnerships Ideal candidate profile Experience & background 6–10 years of experience in enterprise account management, partnerships, or commercial roles Demonstrated experience working closely with product, engineering, and data teams Comfortable operating across sales, marketing, finance, and analytics interfaces Experience in platforms, marketplaces, SaaS, or data-driven products strongly preferred Real estate or classifieds exposure is helpful but not required Skills & capabilities Strong commercial judgment with high ownership mindset Product-literate: able to discuss APIs, integrations, CRM syncs, and delivery trade-offs credibly Data-fluent and self-sufficient in performance analysis and reporting Structured communicator who can align multiple internal teams without formal authority Comfortable managing complex, high-stakes agency relationships Market & language Strong understanding of the Thailand agency ecosystem Native or fluent Thai required Professional fluency in English required What success looks like in the first 12 months Top agencies view the partnership model as reliable, scalable, and operationally sound Integrations are stable, performance is transparent, and issues are resolved quickly Revenue grows with minimal friction across sales, product, and finance The role is recognized internally as the anchor point for enterprise agency partnerships
