AOI Staff (FDB UNIT)

P26-0061 Job Descriptions: Automation & OEE Optimization: Set up and improve ECM machines, Automation systems, and AI to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). AOI & AI Management: Control and develop Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) programs using AI (Visco / Keyence) for maximum efficiency. Process Control (ECM): Control electrolyte solution conditions and manage electrode usage within the production process. Tooling & Spare Parts: Plan and prepare fixtures and tooling, and manage spare parts inventory systematically. Maintenance & Capability: Maintain machinery in peak condition and continuously develop production capabilities. Team Supervision: Supervise and manage production operators within the assigned production line. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Automation, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field). 1–2 years of experience in a related field. Language Skill: Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550+). Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of PLC and Electrical systems. Basic knowledge of Industrial Robots. Experience with Visco or Keyence inspection machines is a plus.
