Role Purpose Playpark is seeking a Game Leader (GL) to work as the right hand of the Regional Product Manager (Thailand), taking on the day-to-day execution behind our Thailand game portfolio. This is a hands-on, execution-first role: you will be the one following through on tasks, chasing updates, compiling data, and keeping every moving part of the product on track, so the Product Manager can focus on strategy and decisions. This role is built for someone early in their career who communicates well and moves fast. We are open to strong new graduates and interns who want to learn game product management from the ground up; prior industry experience is a plus but not required. Depending on the situation and urgency, you may sometimes step in to handle Customer Support or Community matters directly, but a dedicated CS and Community team is always there to support you. Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Execution: Carry out the daily operational tasks behind owned titles on the Product Manager's behalf, content updates, event scheduling, and live ops checklist items. Cross-Team Follow-Up: Follow up with Regional Project, Marketing, UA, and Tech Managers, and with local Marketing, Customer Support, and Community Management teams, to keep action items and timelines on track. Reporting & Data Compilation: Pull and organize product and commercial data (DAU/MAU, ARPU, retention, revenue) into regular, ready-to-review reports for the Product Manager. Market & Community Monitoring: Track Thai market trends, competitor moves, and community or player feedback, and flag anything notable to the Product Manager quickly. UA & Campaign Support: Help track User Acquisition campaign performance and coordinate creative or asset requests with Marketing. CS & Community Follow-Up: Coordinate with the Customer Support and Community teams on issues tied to owned titles, and step in to handle CS or community responses directly when timing or urgency calls for it. A dedicated CS and Community team is there to support you; this is not a role you carry alone. Ad-Hoc & Fast-Turnaround Tasks: Pick up requests from the Product Manager across any part of the product lifecycle and turn them around quickly and reliably. Qualifications & Requirements Professional Background: Open to all experience levels, including new graduates seeking an internship. Prior exposure to games, apps, or digital marketing is a plus but not required. What matters most for this role is how you communicate and how fast you move, not years of experience. Core Competencies: Communication: Clear, proactive communicator who can follow up with different teams and keep everyone on the same page. Speed & Responsiveness: Moves quickly, turns things around fast, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to juggle several small tasks and titles at once without dropping details. Eager to Learn: Curious about games and product work, and open to learning quickly on the job. Tools: Comfort with everyday productivity and chat tools; Click Up, Jira, or similar is a plus but can be learned on the job. Education: Bachelor's degree or recent graduate; any major welcome. Communication: Business-level English required. Thai fluency expected. Korean or Chinese language ability is a plus.
