The role Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every service experience is professional and seamless. Your responsibilities will include: Managing service bookings and customer enquiries Liaising between customers and technicians Providing service updates and repair estimates Delivering an exceptional customer experience Assisting in achieving service department targets Skills and experience required Previous Service Advisor experience in a franchise dealership is preferred Experience in a similar automotive customer service role will also be considered Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and computer skills Full, clean driver's licence How to apply Applications from those wanting to relocate from elsewhere within NZ are welcome.
