Live Streaming Trainer

Key Responsibilities Host Training & Development Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and training programs for Live Streaming Hosts. Provide regular coaching and constructive feedback to enhance hosts' presentation, communication, and sales techniques. Identify skill gaps and develop individual training plans to improve host performance. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training materials and learning programs. Host Performance Management Establish and maintain performance standards for Live Streaming Hosts. Monitor host performance and provide coaching to achieve individual and team KPIs. Track host development and recommend improvement plans when necessary. Support performance evaluation and employee recognition programs. Host Scheduling Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly live streaming schedules. Coordinate host assignments based on business priorities, campaigns, and manpower availability. Adjust schedules as needed to ensure adequate coverage for all live sessions. Grooming & Professional Standards Develop and maintain grooming, brand presentation, and professionalism standards for Live Streaming Hosts. Ensure hosts comply with company guidelines regarding brand image, communication, and on-camera presentation. Promote consistency in brand representation across all live streaming sessions. Incentive & Bonus Management Manage host incentive and bonus programs in accordance with company policies. Track host performance against KPIs and business targets. Calculate performance rankings and prepare incentive and recognition reports. Coordinate bonus-related information with relevant stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Live Streaming Operations, Channel PICs, Commercial, Marketing, and HR teams to support business objectives. Coordinate training schedules and talent development initiatives across departments. Support special projects related to host development and live streaming excellence. Process Improvement Continuously improve training processes, performance evaluation methods, and operational workflows. Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and best practices for Live Streaming Hosts. Perform other related duties as assigned. Working days: Monday – Friday (5 working days) What We're Looking For Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Live Streaming Operations. Experience in E-commerce, Live Commerce, Social Commerce, or Digital Content is highly preferred. Good command of English; Chinese language skills are a plus. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Strong knowledge of training, coaching, and talent development. Ability to analyze performance data and develop effective improvement plans. Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities. Able to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
