Key Responsibilities Review contracts and engineering schedules and define production and procurement timelines Analyze Bill of Materials (BoM) and set parameters in MRP system (Make / Buy / Stock) Generate material requisitions and work orders through ERP/MRP systems Follow up on purchasing and production activities to ensure progress meets plan Coordinate with workshop, shipping, and project management teams for job handover and shipment Monitor project risks and raise early warnings for delays or plan deviations Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and replan sub‑phases as needed Maintain clear communication between manufacturing and related departments Support QHSE policies and comply with company safety and quality standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 1 year experience in production planning, project coordination, or manufacturing environment Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) Understanding of production processes and material planning concepts Good coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
