Job Description Oversee and coordinate financial consolidation activities following recent business integration initiatives. Prepare, analyze, and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with corporate policies and applicable accounting standards. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and financial reporting. Provide finance and accounting support for post-merger integration projects and related activities. Leverage SAP systems for financial processing, reporting, and enhancement of operational efficiency. Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, reporting practices, and internal control frameworks. Work closely with cross-functional departments and regional or global stakeholders to support business objectives. Deliver financial analysis and actionable insights to facilitate strategic and operational decision-making. Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, financial reporting requirements, and corporate governance standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting (Full-Cycle Accounting) and finance, preferably within multinational corporations or group-company environments. Strong experience in financial consolidation is required Hands-on experience with SAP is required; experience in SAP implementation is highly preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical skills and attention to detail For a manager position, at least 3-5 years of management experience may be required.
