Position: Marketing Director Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth, revenue, and consumer engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within skincare, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or related industries. Strong experience in brand management, product launches, integrated marketing, digital marketing, and e-commerce. Proven analytical skills with experience in budget management, ROI measurement, and performance optimization. Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, CRM, and marketing performance platforms. Strong English communication skills.
