Deputy Head of HRBP

Join AnyMind Group as a Deputy Head of HRBP, Thailand , and take the lead in driving People strategies for one of our fastest-growing and most dynamic markets. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll partner directly with the Country Manager, COO Thailand, and business heads across digital marketing, e-commerce enablement, and publisher/creator growth. Your mission: build scalable, localized people solutions that accelerate business performance, fuel cultural alignment, and drive talent development powered by close collaboration with our Global People Head. What You Will Do Act as the lead HRBP for Thailand’s leadership team, advising on people strategy, org development, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness. Partner deeply with Country Manager, COO Thailand, and BU leaders to co-create and align people plans with business goals, balancing agility and long-term impact. Own and implement end-to-end HRBP initiatives, including people engagement, performance management, learning & development, and operations tailored to the Thai market. Localize and operationalize global HR strategies to fit Thailand’s business landscape, driving consistency, compliance, and cultural alignment. Report to the Global Head of People Who You Are Proven HR leadership experience, with deep expertise in HRBP functions across fast-paced, high-growth businesses. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing people strategies that directly impact business outcomes. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with comfort working with global leaders. Passion for people development, culture-building, and organizational growth. Fluent in English; experience in regional or global environments is a plus.
