About the Role Super Dry is looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team in Johor, Malaysia . In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development, managing key customer relationships, and supporting the company's growth in the B2B market. As the primary sales representative in Malaysia, you will work closely with the Country Manager and regional management team to execute sales strategies, expand market presence, and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales activities to achieve business growth and revenue targets in Malaysia. Manage, maintain, and grow existing customer accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Identify and acquire new business opportunities within manufacturing, export, logistics, and related industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, forwarders, and business partners. Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities. Support company marketing initiatives and business development programs in alignment with the direction of the Country Manager . Prepare sales forecasts, customer visit reports, sales pipeline reports, and market intelligence reports for management review. Coordinate closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and commercial discussions in a professional manner. Assist in shipment coordination and customer support during peak operational periods when required. Provide regular sales updates and business recommendations to the Country Manager regarding market developments and growth opportunities. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development , preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, logistics, shipping, or export-related industries. Proven track record in developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers and business partners. Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills. Experience managing key accounts and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Strong business development and customer acquisition skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Existing network within manufacturing, export, logistics, warehousing, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage. Able to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the Country Manager and regional management team. Willing to travel within Malaysia for customer visits and business development activities. Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
