About the role Drury Auto Tyres Ltd is a proudly family-owned business that has been looking after Auckland motorists since 1981. Located immediately beside the Drury Southern Motorway off-ramp, we're looking for an experienced full-time Automotive Mechanic to join our professional, friendly team. Key responsibilities WoF failure and general mechanical repairs Vehicle servicing and maintenance Brake, steering and suspension repairs Diagnostic fault finding using modern scan tools About you Qualified Automotive Technician with completed apprenticeship NZQA qualifications or transcripts Strong diagnostic experience using modern scan tools Ability to diagnose faults across a wide range of vehicle makes and models Current NZTA WoF Inspector Authority would be a major advantage (but not essential) Own tools preferred Excellent work ethic Honest, reliable and punctual Positive attitude with great communication skills Pride in your workmanship Benefits Wages depending on experience and qualifications Additional tool allowance Potential use of a company vehicle and fuel card for travel to and from work (for the right applicant) Secure, full-time permanent position Modern, busy workshop Great team culture with supportive workmates Convenient location right beside the Southern Motorway Long-established family business with an excellent reputation for quality and customer service About us For over 45 years we've built our reputation through honesty, quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
