Position : Talent Acquisition Manager *1 Salary : 130,000 - 160,000 Location : Banglamung, Chonburi Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet workforce needs across all functions. Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring requirements and align recruitment plans with organizational goals Employer Branding & Partnerships Lead employer branding initiatives to position companyas an employer of choice in the region. Manage advertising and social media campaigns to promote job opportunities and company culture. Recruitment & Selection Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for all levels of roles. Ensure timely and high-quality candidate experiences throughout the recruitment cycle. Internship & Early Career Programs Design and manage internship programs to attract and develop early-career talent. Partner with academic institutions to identify and engage high-potential students. Qualifications: 10 years of progressive HR or talent acquisition experience in a large-scale, multi-national manufacturing environment. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo). Position : Talent Development Manager * 2 Salary : 130,000 - 160,000 THB Location : Banglamung, Chonburi Responsibilities: Identify organizational and departmental training needs through assessments and performance analysis. Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and learning materials. Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. Qualifications: At least 8 years experience in training development in manufacturing field.
