About the Role We are seeking a joinery detailer/programmer to join our order processing team! This role includes the programming of orders from our EasyOrder system using Microvellum software, through to the CNC machines, and also includes customer service and purchasing materials. Key Responsibilities Order processing from EasyOrder, through Microvellum to CNC machines Some processing of orders using Cabinet Vision software Accurately checking hardware (hinges, drawer runners etc) details and other specifications Checking and ordering materials About You You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work You have cabinet making or cabinetry detailing experience You are able to communicate technical cabinetry details over the phone You communicate well with both production staff and office-based team members You are confident using email and computer systems You are organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities You work well independently but are also a strong team player You are willing to learn new processes and assist in different areas of the business when required Preferred experience: Preferred experience with Microvellum or Cabinet Vision Experience in a manufacturing, production or factory environment Why join Panelform?
