About the Company Wellin Capital Co., Ltd. is a licensed financial institution providing microfinance services under Pico Finance License No. 461/2562 issued by the Ministry of Finance and directly supervised by the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO). We operate with a strong focus on transparency, accessible lending solutions, and prudent risk management. Our head office is located in Bangkok , with an operations hub in Chainat. Key Responsibilities Provide advisory services on Regulatory Compliance in accordance with FPO’s Pico Finance regulations Prepare, review, and update the Risk Management Plan and other required reports to be submitted to the FPO Analyze the impact of new FPO announcements, criteria, or policies on the business and recommend appropriate adjustments Assist in preparing documents and providing guidance for FPO approval requests (e.g., expansion of service areas, structural changes, etc.) Provide Government Relations advisory support with the FPO in a proper, transparent, and fully compliant manner Support the development of internal processes and products to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements Qualifications Proven experience working at the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO), particularly in areas related to microfinance / Pico Finance, public financial system development policy, or supervision of non-bank financial institutions Strong practical understanding of Pico Finance regulations (including effective interest rate calculation, reporting requirements, Risk Management Plan, Fit & Proper criteria, etc.) Ability to translate regulatory knowledge into practical, actionable business recommendations Strong analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills Willingness to work on an Outsource / Fractional / Project-based basis Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
