Responsibilities To get involving with related parties (Costing/Production/Marketing) for inventory physical counting of raw material and finish product. To calculate product cost based on ERP system for Cost closing. To analyze of the inventory moment compare with the production module for prepare inventory movement by monthly Analyze the sales data from SCM by customer and product type to compared variance for gain/loss on order to prepare sales report by monthly. Measure for other part related with the closing process to be done on schedule for analyze for the manufacturing statement . To analyze of situation of the balance sheet base on cash flow and analyze of main driver impact to income statement for support the data for analyze of financial report. Qualification Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Management, or a related field. 10 years of experience in cost accounting, financial planning, or management accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment, product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and cost control. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles (COGS, overhead allocation, inventory valuation, etc.). Knowledge of raw material costs, production costs, and supply chain impact on cost structures. Understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM (Bill of Materials), and production workflows. Professional Certifications such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) can be an advantage. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and cost accounting software. Advanced skills in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis. Good command in English Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a costing or finance role.
