Senior Business Analyst (MPF)

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement within financial systems. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, and process flow diagrams. Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support stakeholders during the testing phase. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of project deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to financial systems and services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to financial systems. Good communications skills in Chinese and English
