About the Role: An experienced, results-driven senior sales professional responsible for accelerating EV heavy truck sales in Thailand. Operating as an individual contributor, this role focuses on winning high-value B2B fleet accounts, managing regional dealer networks, and introducing customized commercial EV solutions to logistics leaders. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales volume and revenue for our electric trucks in the Thai market. Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities (Logistics, Mining, Ports) to presenting solutions and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key fleet accounts, local partners, and dealers. Stay updated on EV industry trends, government policies, and competitor movements to help shape our local product and pricing strategies. Provide guidance to clients on truck insurance and financing options to ensure a smooth purchasing process. Qualifications: Experience 2 years of frontline truck sales experience in Thailand (ICE or EV). Proven track record of personally closing large-scale fleet orders. Age: Not over 40 years old Deep familiarity with the Thai truck market. Must have ready-to-use relationships with key logistics decision-makers and local dealers. Exceptional negotiation skills with a documented history of high sales performance. Highly self-driven and resilient. Able to manage client acquisition and high-frequency domestic travel independently. Valid driver's license; full willingness to travel across Thailand.
