About the role RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Service Coordinator Nursing Coordinator HR Coordinator This full-time role will suit an experienced, hands on individual looking to take on the next step in her/his career. To be successful in this role you will be a customer focused person and passionate about making a difference. Responsibilities Assisting with handling a high volume of contacts, via phone, SMS and email Scheduling worker rosters Making changes to the planned work schedule in accordance with customer demands, priority levels and available capacities. Day to day liaison with Support Workers, clients, their families and other stakeholders regarding changes to schedulers of support services. Maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner. Desirable Criteria Experience in Community, Services, Health Services and/or in an Aged Care environment Experience with rostering database, AlayaCare or similar Employer questions Your application will include the following questions: Current “A” Class driver's license - essential Current National Police clearance - essential Current First Aid Certificate - desirable Fully COVID vaccinated
