Imagine being responsible for providing expertise and support in the analysis, optimization, and implementation of Procure to Pay processes within the ERP transformation project that drives the supply chain program for the world’s largest jewellery brand. If you love working on ERP transformation and working with global stakeholders, then you might be our next Specialist, Global Process Owner at Pandora Crafting & Supply We love that you will… 1. Business Process Management · Support Business Process Manager to collect the current business processes, pain points, and requirements from stakeholders in order to provide information to external consultants. · Understand the responsible process scope and areas representing Pandora and business during the discussion with external consultants throughout the ERP transformation journey · Work with external consultant during the workshops to support the assessment and analysis of the requirements that can fit into the standard SAP and what cannot fit into the standard. · Support the gathering of the justification with business to form analysis on the gaps requirement to the standard SAP processes. · Assist Business Process Manager and external consultants in the design, documentation, and implementation of future state processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and ERP system capabilities. 2. Stakeholder Management Support the Business Process Manager in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across Supply Chain and Sustainability, finance, IT, and other departments affected by the ERP transformation. Participate in stakeholder workshops, meetings, and training sessions to share expertise, gather requirements and concerns. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Procure to Pay process (under own responsibilities) and support Business Process Manager with communication to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supported of the new processes and proposed solutions throughout the ERP transformation journey. 3. Change Management Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans in collaboration with the Business Process Manager and Change Manager Assist in assessing the readiness and impact of process changes on stakeholders, identifying potential risks and resistance to change. Contribute and lead as required to the creation of training materials, job aids, and communication plans specific to Procure to Pay processes to support stakeholder understanding and adoption of new processes. Participate in change management activities, such as user training, feedback sessions, and performance monitoring, to promote successful adoption and sustainability of P2P process changes. We love that you are… Proven experience (3+ years) in procurement, accounts payable or P2P process management, with a strong understanding of P2P processes, systems, and best practices. Some experience participating or supporting transformation project would be beneficial but not mandatory Basic project management skills to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively, ensuring project objectives are achieved on time Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and business process management software/tools (e.g., Visio,) is desirable. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio) is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations. Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement.
