About the role Join NANOSYNC INTELLIGENCE and be part of our growing automation engineering team. As an Software Engineer, Automation , you will design and develop electrical control systems for advanced industrial automation equipment serving the Consumer Electronics, Semiconductor, and Smart Manufacturing industries. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge PLC platforms, motion control systems, industrial communication networks, and intelligent manufacturing technologies while contributing to challenging automation projects from concept to commissioning. Key responsibilities Independently undertake software projects, using the company's designated framework platform to complete requirement analysis, development, testing, debugging, and version control. Responsible for complete software debugging, and collaborate with vision, electrical, and mechanical teams to complete the full-machine commissioning of non-standard automation equipment. Analyze, quickly locate, and resolve issues at client sites; troubleshoot various software problems and follow up on maintenance. Complete early-stage protocol and requirement communication with clients, and conduct feasibility evaluations of solutions. Participate in building and refining the company's software standardized framework; abstract and encapsulate highly reusable modules. Compile technical documentation such as software operation manuals, and train after-sales service personnel. Collaborate with the engineer team at the China headquarters to interface with the technical requirements of clients. On site support for mechanical related issues especially during FAT towards SAT process to ensure project delivery meets client standards. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time. What we're looking for Minimum Bachelor's Degree in in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or equivalent years of related experience. Minimum three years of experience in software development experience, with multiple projects' worth of experience in upper computer (PC-based) software development. Able to independently undertake the design and development of multiple projects. Good communication skills, hardworking, and willing to travel. Fluent communication in English and Chinese. Skill Requirements Proficient in solid programming skills in C++, with C and C# experience, capable of using WPF/WinForms . Proficient in UI development, multithreading, COM components, serial communication, and socket network programming development. Possess rich experience in industrial control software programming. Experience with CCD applications & secondary development , as well as robotics application experience , is highly preferred. Familiar with the principles and applications of low-voltage electrical components, servo motors, and stepper motors. Experience with non-standard automation equipment is preferred.
