Overview We are looking for an AI Analyst / Developer to join our Digital Strategy & Transformation team, driving process improvement and digital transformation across the organization. This hybrid role combines business analysis, solution design, and hands-on development of automation solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, design practical solutions, and deliver automation initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with business users to identify process improvement, automation, and AI opportunities. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and solution designs. Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform, and related low-code/no-code/end-user computing(EUC) tools . Lead delivery activities including process analysis, testing, deployment, user adoption, and post-launch support. Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and define solutions. Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive initiatives from concept through implementation. Develop prototypes and automation solutions that streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Track and measure business outcomes, user adoption, and efficiency improvements. Contribute to documentation, governance standards, and best practices for AI and automation delivery. Requirements 3-5 years' experience in Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Automation Development, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform, Power Apps, or similar automation technologies. Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow automation. Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Experience delivering automation or digital workplace solutions within enterprise environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Exposure to the insurance industry, including policy administration, claims, underwriting, distribution, or operational processes, would be highly advantageous.
