Senior Project Manager | Global Brokerage Firm

Key Responsibilities Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to define solutions for new and existing regulatory requirements. Work closely with operational teams to review current processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and deliver scalable technology solutions. Identify, escalate, and help resolve issues affecting clients and internal users across local and global teams. Write and run SQL queries to investigate issues, analyze impact, and support problem resolution. Research requirements, gather inputs, and draft business cases for new features, technologies, and business opportunities. Challenge and validate business requests, ensuring priority is given to business-critical deliverables. Prepare business and functional requirement specifications that translate business needs into practical, implementable solutions. Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and technical solutions are aligned. Track project progress across multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and escalate blockers when needed. Support testing to ensure deliveries meet business requirements and provide a positive user experience. Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions are smoothly adopted into daily account opening and operational processes. Lead and mentor team members through complex delivery initiatives. Requirements 10+ years of project management experience. Experience in financial services or brokerage firms is preferred. Experienced in SQL queries. UI/UX experience is an advantage. University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline preferred. PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant professional certification will be an advantage. Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to follow through on tasks independently. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong ownership mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
