Experience in digital platform adoption, customer engagement, business process improvement, or technology-enabled solutions is highly desirable. Experience working within regional or global organizations is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions. Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office applications, and project management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to translate complex technical or business concepts into clear and understandable messages for different audiences. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills.
