Job Purpose The Sales Coordinator serves as the primary administrative and operational support link between the sales team, clients, and internal departments. The main objective is to streamline the sales pipeline, manage documentation, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and timely communication. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients when Sales Representatives are out of the office Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Handling booking, DG, Approval & Filling, Export documentation Qualification: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or in a similar administrative role. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Ability to write professional emails and conduct business conversations in English smoothly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is highly advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review. Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
