Bookkeeper/Accounts All Rounder (Part-Time, 2 Days Per Week) About Us Koor Inter Trade is a well-established company which has been active in Australia since 1976. Koor Inter Trade and its subsidiary companies, CIS Computerised Imaging Services (CIS) and All Natural Kitchen (ANK) are involved in the import, distribution and servicing of products across industries including Medical Imaging Equipment and Food Manufacturing. The Role Koor Inter Trade is seeking an experienced accounts professional to join our team. Working closely and directly with the Director, you will be trusted with the full financial picture of the business, so integrity, discretion and reliability are a must. This hands-on role requires strong MYOB expertise and the ability to independently manage bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting and the day-to-day financial administration of the business. Key Responsibilities End-to-end bookkeeping and accounts management Accounts payable and receivable Profit/Loss and Balance Sheet experience Processing of Payroll and Superannuation BAS and PAYG preparation Budgeting and cashflow management Annual insurance renewal preparation and lodgement Liaising directly with the Director on financial reporting and performance About You Minimum 5 Years Accounting experience (essential) Strong, demonstratable MYOB experience (essential) Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and other online platforms Solid Payroll and Superannuation experience Proven accounts payable/receivable, BAS and PAYG capability Confident with budgeting and cashflow management Excellent written and spoken English Highly organised, detail-focused and able to work autonomously Experience with debtor finance/invoicing funding facilities is highly regarded How to apply Apply with your CV which describes your skills, qualifications and experience and your right to work in Australia.
