Key Responsibilities 1. HK Project Sales Coordination & Tendering (50%) Inbound Lead Follow-up: Respond to incoming client inquiries (phone, email, web) for HVLS Fans, Dehumidifier, Misting Systems; consult with prospective clients to understand project needs. Costing & Quotation: Perform accurate cost estimations, calculate project margins, and prepare formal proposals, commercial quotations, and tender documents. Deal Closing & Contract Support: Follow up with potential clients to address technical/commercial queries, finalize orders, and handle contract administration. After-Sales Service: Coordinate post-handover warranty inquiries and equipment return/exchange processes. 2. Cross-Border Operations & Regional Support (50%) Singapore Operations Support: Serve as the HK point of contact for the Singapore sales team, providing administrative, documentation, and quotation support. Logistics & Procurement: Monitor HK & SG inventory, track spare parts procurement, and work with the Logistics Team on export shipping and delivery schedules. ERP & Financial Checking: Verify inventory and project data in the Infotech ERP system; assist Accounting in cross-checking routine financial and margin reports. Marketing Lead Tracking: Assist in reviewing marketing campaign leads against actual conversion results. Overseas Travel: Periodically visit Singapore for project Testing & Commissioning (T&C) follow-ups, business reviews, and local supplier meetings. Requirements Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Technical Sales Support, Project Administration, or Operations. Key Strengths: High attention to detail, strong numerical sense for cost estimation, and excellent client communication skills. Software: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word); prior experience or willingness to learn ERP software (e.g., Infotech) is a plus. Languages: Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Mobility: Willingness to travel to Singapore occasionally. Nice-to-Have (Bonus Qualification): Background or interest in HVAC, building services, or engineering equipment. Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline workflow and office administration.
