Digital Marketing Associate We are an established private financial services group seeking a proactive, organised and technology-minded individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate . The successful candidate will work directly and closely with senior management and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple websites and online platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys technology, digital platforms and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys exploring new AI tools and digital technologies, and is always looking for better ways to improve existing content, websites and online platforms. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update multiple websites and online platforms. Publish approved articles, announcements and other content across websites and social media platforms. Ensure all online information remains accurate, current and professionally presented. Monitor websites and online platforms regularly to ensure content, links and information remain up to date. Assist with managing multiple social media accounts and maintaining a consistent online presence. Repurpose approved content into suitable formats for different digital platforms where appropriate. Research, evaluate and explore new AI tools, software and digital technologies that may improve workflow, productivity, online performance and search visibility, including developments in SEO, GEO and AI Search. Continuously identify opportunities to improve, optimise and extend the reach of existing digital content and online platforms. Monitor website and platform performance and prepare simple internal reports where required. Coordinate digital updates and other online projects as required. Perform other related duties assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related discipline. 1–3 years' relevant working experience. Outstanding fresh graduates with strong digital aptitude will also be considered. Excellent written Chinese and English. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Good computer literacy and confidence using online platforms. Genuine interest in AI and emerging digital technologies. Self-motivated with the ability to learn independently. Proactive, resourceful and willing to explore new ideas and better ways of working. Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following would be an advantage: Website content management (e.g. Framer, Wix, WordPress, Webflow or similar platforms) Social media management Canva, Adobe Express or similar creative tools ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other AI tools General understanding of SEO, GEO and AI Search principles Google Analytics or Google Search Console Basic image or short-form video editing What We Are Looking For This role is well suited to someone who enjoys improving things rather than simply maintaining them.
