[Soi International Preschool] Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our international school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and nurturing children aged 3 to 10, fostering a love for learning, and supporting their holistic development in a multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school’s chosen curriculum (e.g., British Curriculum or American Curriculum) Plan and teach classes in alignment with Soi School curriculum, developmental goals, and children’s curiosity, and according to assigned term structure Use a variety of teaching strategies and learning activities to meet the diverse needs of students Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to students and parents Prepare learning materials and integrate educational technology to enhance instruction Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues Participate in school activities such as open houses, orientation sessions, and more Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan cross-curricular and co-curricular activities Maintain accurate records and complete student reports as required Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Early Childhood or Primary Education preferred) Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the early childhood or primary level, preferably in an international school setting Proficient in English (both spoken and written); native-level English is required for expatriate teachers Familiarity with inquiry-based learning, play-based learning, and student-centered approaches Competent in using educational technology tools for teaching and communication Warm, caring, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for working with young children Strong classroom management and communication skills
