Job Summary Manage and oversee the marketing and sales operations of the wheat flour product portfolio to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and profitability objectives. Responsible for managing distribution channels across Industrial (B2B), Traditional Trade, and Modern Trade segments, while maintaining strong relationships with key customers and business partners. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with the company’s business direction to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Strategy Management Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for wheat flour products in alignment with company objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Expand distribution channels and develop new customer bases across B2B and retail segments. Customer & Channel Management Manage relationships with key accounts and strategic business partners. Oversee sales operations across Industrial (B2B), Traditional Trade, and Modern Trade channels. Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and business contracts with customers. Sales Team Management & Execution Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure achievement of sales targets. Set sales targets and monitor team performance regularly. Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and performance management. Business Planning & Budget Management Prepare annual sales and marketing plans, including sales forecasting. Manage marketing and sales budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization. Analyze business performance and prepare reports for management review. Process Improvement & Cross-functional Coordination Improve sales processes and operational efficiency within the department. Promote the use of data and analytical tools to support decision-making. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. An MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline will be an advantage. Working Experience Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the wheat flour industry or Food/FMCG sector. At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role leading a sales team. Strong understanding of B2B business models and OEM management. Key Competencies Knowledge Marketing knowledge within the Food/FMCG industry . Knowledge and understanding of the wheat flour business, market structure, distribution channels, and customer behavior . Knowledge of commercial laws and business contract management .
