Commercial Manager | Perth, WA | Industrial Construction Projects Atom Resources is partnering with a growing specialist contractor delivering large-scale industrial building projects for blue-chip clients across Australia. With an expanding project pipeline in WA, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of the commercial and contractual functions across technically complex construction projects. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded business operating within specialist industrial sectors, delivering projects where commercial leadership, stakeholder management and contractual expertise are critical to successful delivery. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will take full responsibility for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account. Key responsibilities include: Managing all commercial and contractual aspects of project delivery Administration and negotiation of head contracts and subcontracts Cost forecasting, reporting and financial performance management Variations, claims and risk management Managing and mentoring Contract Administrators and commercial staff Working closely with project delivery teams and client stakeholders Providing commercial leadership across multiple project workstreams About You To be successful, you will possess: Proven experience operating as a Commercial Manager or Senior Commercial Manager within the construction sector Strong contractual and commercial management expertise Previous experience delivering large-scale industrial, technical or complex building projects Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills Strong commercial acumen with the ability to operate autonomously Quantity Surveying qualification highly regarded Ability to build relationships with clients, consultants and project teams Project Experience We are particularly interested in candidates with exposure to: Large-scale industrial buildings Data centres Advanced manufacturing facilities Logistics and distribution facilities Food production and processing facilities Defence and other technically complex industrial developments For more information please reach out to Jack - Sydney Office.
