To cope with our business needs, we invite high calibre professional to fill the following position:- Solution Architect Summary We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the modernization of legacy systems and drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for designing scalable, cloud-native solutions, defining migration strategies, and guiding the adoption of microservices and modern technologies. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Transformation Assess legacy systems and identify modernization opportunities, technical debt, and transformation priorities. Define target architecture, standards, and roadmap for cloud-native and microservices adoption. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture decisions with strategic objectives. Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that meet enterprise standards. Solution Design Architect microservices, APIs, and event-driven solutions with strong integration to legacy environments. Define migration and integration patterns to enable phased modernization with minimal business disruption. Establish data architecture, including distributed data management and synchronization strategies. Recommend and evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and tools. Delivery & Governance Provide architecture leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from design to implementation. Conduct architecture reviews and resolve complex technical challenges. Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and cloud best practices. Ensure observability, performance, security, and operational readiness of solutions. Stakeholder & Team Enablement Communicate architecture vision and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mentor engineering teams on cloud-native and microservices best practices. Collaborate with legacy system subject matter experts to capture business rules and domain knowledge for migration to new services. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 8+ years of software engineering or architecture experience, including 4+ years leading large-scale legacy modernization and microservices transformation initiatives. Proven experience transforming monolithic applications into production-grade microservices architectures. Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, AliCloud, or Tencent Cloud), Kubernetes, Docker, service meshes (Istio/Linkerd), API management, and event-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ). Strong understanding of distributed systems, CAP theorem, eventual consistency, and data architecture patterns for microservices. Experience with migration patterns and integration patterns for hybrid legacy-to-modern system transformations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event Sourcing, and Strangler Fig migration patterns. Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and DevOps tooling Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government. Relevant cloud architecture certifications.
