Duties and Essential Job Functions Coordinate with staff, subject teachers, students, coaches, and parents Supervise students after school upon request All work related to the student's further education Chaperone students for any off-campus academic competitions Communicate with parents and manage the receipts when necessary Organize on-campus competitions Make certificates for students' portfolios Create a calendar of competition programs to share with parents Make an announcement when students won the competition on school Facebook Page Other tasks: Substitute an absent teacher or co-teacher upon request Provide support as assigned by Head of Student Service Requirements Bachelor's degree Experience working with preschool and/or primary students Good communication skills in English and Thai (reading and writing preferred) Excellent MS Word, Excel and Google Apps Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, hard-working, positive attitude and flexibility.
