Supply Chain Management (Replenishment Staff)

Job Responsibility: Take full ownership of short shelf-life/ fresh products , ensuring product availability, completeness, quality and inventory readiness across all channels. Ensuring all replenishment standards and procedures are maintained, especially: demand/supply planning including training and monitoring of new and existing suppliers in the processes and methods required to achieve the company's standards, consistent with company principles. Manage end-to-end stock replenishment , including forecasting and order management, in alignment with sales trends and operational constraints while minimizing overstock and expiry risks. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient execution of supply chain processes, especially: inventory readiness, delays, or quality concerns. Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or related field. At least 3 years of purchasing experience, retail experience or similar. Good command in English (Both speaking and writing). Ability to work well in a very fast-moving environment with tight schedules. Ability to use MS/Google Offices.
