Job description * Manage and control the overall Quality Assurance system, including supervising the Quality Control department. * Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 requirements * Develop, implement, and improve quality management systems * Monitor product quality to meet customer and company standards * Analyze quality issues and lead corrective and preventive actions * Coordinate with internal departments and customers regarding quality matters * Prepare reports and support audits (internal / external) Qualifications of applicants Bachelor's degree or higher Able to speak, write Japanese And England has special consideration Knowledge and understanding of expertise IATF 16949 Have experience in quality assurance (QA) 2 years or more (automotive industry) Good knowledge and experience in PPAP and APQP. Able to work under pressure Good human relations
