Responsibilities: Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of sponsors, maintaining regular, proactive communication and anticipating partner needs. Lead sponsor stewardship efforts, including preparing impact reports, benefit tracking, and post-event evaluations to demonstrate value and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams (programming, marketing, events) to align sponsor deliverables with organizational objectives. Monitor and analyze membership and sponsor engagement generating insights and reports to inform strategy and improve retention. Maintain timely and detailed records of member and sponsor interactions, agreements, and deliverables to ensure institutional knowledge Maintain and manage membership & development databases, ensuring all records are current and accurate. Prepare periodic reports; Work with team members to maximize membership & development opportunities; provide support for the implementation of fundraising campaigns and special events; Promote membership programs to interested individuals and organizations; Handle membership enquires and complaints, provide customer service and support to members, responsible for registration of new members and renewals; Coordinate membership & development events; Design & develop new collateral for promotion and events; Assist in researching and preparing sponsorship proposals for the Center’s programs and exhibitions; Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience is preferred; Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and proactively liaise with internal stakeholders to align with organizational priorities; Customer-oriented and dynamic personality with a can-do attitude; Strong team player with an eye for detail, and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Motivated and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills; Proactive self-starter who is committed and capable of working under pressure; Flexibility regarding schedule as many programs are held in the evenings or on weekends; Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) is a MUST; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese Word, and Photoshop; experience in database operation and data management. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Development & Membership Officer. Attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the right candidate.
