Location: Ta Kwu Ling Job Description Lead the environmental team and comply with Contract, License, and Environmental Permits; Preparing, implementation and updating the Environmental Management Plan and EM&A reports; Liaise with Client and Environmental Consultant for matters related to environmental monitoring and auditing; Provide environmental trainings including induction training and toolbox talks for site staff and workers and site promotion activities; Oversee the application, renewal and variation of environmental permit and licenses; Supervise and monitor all environmental performance on the site; Carry out joint site inspection to identify potential hazards to the environment; Maintain and update environmental monitoring database. Qualifications A bachelor's degree or higher in environmental science, engineering, or a related field. Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, or Membership of the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management, or Membership of the Royal Society of Chemistry, or classification as a Chartered Environmentalist, or Membership of any other institution of equivalent professional standing Construction Safety (Green Card) Training Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Additional Information Requirements: At least 10 years of experience in EM&A, Environmental monitoring or relevant experience, preferably with large-scale projects or regulated industries with at least 5 years of experience in environmental management, monitoring and auditing of construction activities. Exceptional regulatory interpretation, project management, cross-functional leadership, and communication abilities Experience in implementation and maintaining environmental management systems including ISO 14064, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 Driving license is essential Proficient in MS office / Google applications Determined, motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent presentation skills in both Chinese and English Benefit Medical and Hospitalization Insurance Life Insurance Parental Leave Volunteer Leave Exam Leave We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
