Logistics Supervisor This position is suitable for a highly motivated individual, who has the aspiration to develop long term career in the field of logistics management. Duties : Coordinate the delivery schedules undertaken by the truck drivers and marine barges Plan for and monitor the hiring and training of new truck drivers Manage the fleet of drivers and marine barges and resolve their operational issues Manage the remuneration records for the fleet of drivers Prepare monthly reports on logistics operations for management Ensure compliance with operational procedures and legal requirements Manage health and safety issues of drivers to continuously improve the Company’s health and safety performance Undertake any tasks as assigned What you will need for this role The successful candidate will possess the following key skills and attributes: Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management or related disciplines At least 3 years’ relevant working experience Basic knowledge of ERP preferred Self-motivated, problem-solving capability with analytical mind Pleasant and outgoing personality with strong sense of responsibility Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills A good team player Able to work independently and under pressure Holder of driving licence for heavy vehicles an advantage Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese A competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate who is willing to develop and grow with us.
