Key Responsibilities: Handle daily administrative duties including filing, data entry, invoice processing, and purchase order preparation for multiple managed properties. Assist in the preparation and consolidation of P&L statements Liaise with estate staff (security, cleaning, maintenance), tenants, owners, and external contractors to resolve routine operational issues. Assist in preparing management fee demands, tenancy agreements, and meeting minutes for 業主立案法團 (Incorporated Owners) or client meetings. Coordinate repair and maintenance schedules; follow up on defect rectification with contractors. Respond to resident/complaint calls and emails, ensuring timely resolution or escalation. Maintain accurate records of insurance, licensing, and government submissions. Support property managers in handling emergency incidents (e.g., lift breakdown, water leakage) by coordinating logistics and documentation. Ad hoc support by Management as required. Requirements: Diploma or above in Accounting, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in administration , while experience in accounting is a preferred. Strong communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin preferable). Proven problem-solving ability – able to handle tenant disputes, contractor delays, or supply shortages independently. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) Detail-minded, customer-oriented, able to multitask under pressure. Occasional site visits required.
