(Senior) Product Process Officer

The Challenge We Pose to You: Translate business requirements into practical solutions by gathering requirement, defining project plan, designing service implementation workflow, process, and scenario, conducting UAT, and preparing data analysis and report Initiate practical suggestions and ideas, such as automation, streamlining, centralization and outsourcing, to facilitate daily operations to achieve high productivity, cost efficient and adequate risk control Co-ordinate and co-operate with other departments for review and implementation of business procedures and IT systems Responsible for product integration with internal IT systems including but not limited to customer relationship management system, price management system, billing system and customer portal Responsible for audit and compliance activities of the product department What You Bring to Us: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in telecommunication service industry and with IT knowledge Practical experience in process management or business analyst role Holder of any service, project management or process improvement certification such as ITIL, PMP, Prince2 or Six Sigma Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proficiency in Excel, Python and SQL on data analysis, presentation and automation Self-motivated, passionate in learning new technologies and methodologies Be able to work independently and willing to take up challenges Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Product Process Analyst Working Location: Kwun Tung and Kwai Chung Our Offer: 5-day work, 14 days annual leave, a competitive remuneration package, comprehensive medical and dental plan, training and examination sponsorships, rewarding career opportunities and overseas travelling.
