About the role We are seeking a talented Process Engineer (BPE Analyst) to join our team at CEVA Logistics (Thailand) Ltd. in Chon Buri. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in ensuring the continuous improvement of our business processes and operations. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising our workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing Conduct in-depth analyses of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement process optimisation strategies to streamline operations and increase productivity Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to understand and document current workflows and identify pain points Design and test new process solutions, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making Implement process changes and monitor their impact, making adjustments as needed Provide training and support to employees to ensure seamless adoption of new processes Contribute to the continuous development of our process excellence framework What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a process engineering or continuous improvement role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in process mapping, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and data analysis tools Familiarity with supply chain and logistics operations, including warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control What we offer At CEVA Logistics (Thailand) Ltd., we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for our employees.
