(Block28, Chula Samyan, near Samyan Mitrtown) 🚆 Easy Access: BTS Siam / MRT Samyan 💼 Work Mode: Flexible working hours 💰 Salary: Negotiable 🔹 About the Role Meticuly, a pioneering deeptech MedTech startup, is transforming cranio-maxillofacial surgery through patient-specific titanium implants. As a Business Development Executive, this level position in the business department will work closely with all areas of business to assist in the planning and implementation of global business expansion initiatives on the foundation of the company's mission, vision, and culture. 🔹 Key Responsibilities 1. Market Expansion & Strategy Identify business opportunities in new countries and collaborate on 4 pillars to enter a country: regulatory, freedom to operate, market analysis, and incentives. 2. Business Operations & Setup Oversee and shape the entire operations and development of the business, including go-to-market strategies, business models, operating processes design and setup, and financing strategies. Follow Quality Management System procedures according to responsible activities. 3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Initiate, solidify, and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders or strategic partners in the current and new countries. 4. Cross-functional & Strategic Execution Take part as a key team member in the cross-functional execution of special key strategic projects under the supervision of the team, and assure the project delivers the targeted values. 5. Data Analysis & Reporting Report and escalate to all higher levels of the team as needed. 🔹 Working Hours & Flexibility To effectively support our clients in European and US time zones, this position requires occasional after-hours standby. Standby Support: You will occasionally be on standby to answer chats and provide assistance to clients in EU/US time zones. Shift Rotation: This is not a daily requirement. Standby shifts will be rotated among team members.
