About the role We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team at VSTECS Ku Sdn Bhd. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in project deployment and provide after sales support/maintenance to customers. What you'll be doing Work with end users, vendor and partner in implementing Enterprise Infrastructure related configuration changes based on requirements, such as Server, Storage, HCI, VMware, Microsoft, Cloud, Network & Security. Responsible for problem identification, troubleshooting and implementation on Data Centre / Network & Security / Cloud solution. Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades. Engage in the maintenance and support activities, which include perform troubleshooting, incident response and patching. Create and maintain documentation for installation, changes, upgrades and operational maintenance.
