Position: Air Network Operations Specialist (NCG Agent: 1-year contract) Key Responsibilities: Monitor flight and shipment movements to ensure operational compliance and service performance. Identify and manage service disruptions, shipment exceptions, and network irregularities. Coordinate with airlines, gateways, hubs, and service providers to support daily operations. Provide timely updates and incident communications to stakeholders across the DHL network. Manage shipment traces and support service recovery actions. Monitor key account shipments and support operational reporting and analysis. Utilize network systems and tools to support operational control and exception management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Cargo Management, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, airline, or express industry preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Fast learner with the ability to work in a dynamic 24/7 shift environment. Able to work shifts: 0900-1800, 0500-1400, 1700-0200, 2000-0500 Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
