Warehouse Manager

About the role SVI Public Company Limited is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee all warehouse operations at our facility in Mueang Pathum Thani, Pathum Thani. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, and distribution of goods. As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing warehouse performance, maintaining safety standards, and managing a team of warehouse staff to support the company's logistics and supply chain objectives. This position is integral to our operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and overall business performance. Key responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, performance management and scheduling Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy Implement and monitor warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs Monitor warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, shipment timeliness and inventory turnover Manage warehouse maintenance, equipment servicing and repairs Coordinate with logistics, procurement and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment Implement quality control procedures to ensure goods are stored and handled correctly Prepare reports on warehouse performance and recommend improvements to senior management Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations What we're looking for 8+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role Proven experience managing warehouse operations with a high volume of SKUs . Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems and distribution processes Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency with inventory tracking software Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in inventory and record-keeping Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team Physical ability to perform warehouse duties and inspect operations on the warehouse floor Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Preferred: Experience in manufacturing or automotive supply chain environments Preferred: Certification in warehouse management or logistics Ready to apply?
