Key Responsibilities Design and develop innovative web application systems that meet organizational needs. Build and integrate system interfaces to ensure seamless communication between departmental platforms. Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices. Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and system manuals. Conduct thorough testing including unit tests, system tests, and load/performance tests to ensure reliability and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and provide technical expertise. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields . Minimum of 3 years of experience in web-based application development and support. Strong proficiency in Java programming , with solid knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred). Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
