KOS International is partnering with a purpose-driven organisation to appoint a hands-on and commercially minded Head of Partnership . Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious development, partnerships or communications professional to lead fundraising, partnership development, marketing and communications, while building a high-impact development function with significant growth potential. About the Role Drive unrestricted fundraising across corporate partners, foundations and individual donors Develop and execute fundraising campaigns, sponsorship proposals and partnership activations Build and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, donors and supporters Work closely with the CEO and Fundraising Committee on fundraising strategy, donor cultivation and key engagement opportunities Support fundraising events and stakeholder engagement initiatives Oversee day-to-day marketing and communications activities, including social media, PR, content and impact storytelling Strengthen brand awareness and visibility across the sports, youth and community sectors Manage a small team and/or external agencies, while engaging regularly with senior stakeholders, Committee and Board members The Successful Applicant Around 8-12 years' relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, marketing, communications or business development Demonstrable experience in delivering partnership, sponsorship and/or fundraising initiatives Exposure to NGOs, sports, lifestyle, community or other purpose-driven sectors would be advantageous Strong relationship-building, stakeholder-management and presentation skills Comfortable working with senior executives, committees and Board members A proactive, hands-on and execution-focused self-starter who thrives in a lean and entrepreneurial environment Interest in sports, youth development or community impact is highly valued This opportunity would suit a high-performing Associate Director who is ready to step into a broader leadership role.
