Job Purpose: The Category Marketing Representative is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, with a strong emphasis on executing integrated marketing campaigns to achieve the business objectives for the Import Fashion departments across Central Department Store and Robinson Department. Job Description: Support the Marketing Division Manager in implementing all aspects of marketing campaign execution to effectively deliver campaign objectives. Coordinate and facilitate internal communication and marketing execution across all functions, while fostering collaboration with external partners. Develop comprehensive campaign collateral, documentation, and media materials, and oversee end-to-end campaign material production processes. Prepare and compile merchandise details, campaign pitch decks, and results summary presentations. Follow up on campaign executions to ensure timely implementation and monitor campaign performance in collaboration with merchandisers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (preferred). More than 3 years of experience in a marketing communication or brand management Excellent Thai and English written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude. Strong understanding of fashion trends and the retail industry is a plus.
