About the Business: Maxion Civil is a West Auckland-based civil contractor that works across New Zealand including subdivisions, commercial site works and landscaping. With an enviable workload of projects in the North Island area, we are now seeking an experienced Drainlayer to join our civil construction team. We are looking for an experienced Concrete & Kerb Worker to join our civil construction team. Key duties: Prepare and install kerbs, channels, footpaths and concrete works Use concrete mixers to prepare slurry and install slurry to support kerbing Complete boxing, placing, screeding and finishing concrete Operate small plant and assist with loading and unloading materials Follow site safety procedures and maintain a tidy work area Requirements: Previous concrete or kerbing experience Physically fit, reliable and safety focused Able to work well within a team Full NZ driver licence preferred Truck Loader Crane ticket and Sling Load qualification are advantageous Applicants must currently have the legal right to work in New Zealand to be considered for this position.
