SAP Operations Manager - FI/CO

SAP Operations Manager (Technology - FI/CO) Location: Cyberajaya, Malaysia Employment Type: Permanent, Full time About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Operations Manager (FI/CO) to lead and manage SAP application operations, with a strong focus on SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable and efficient SAP operations, leading a support team, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality application services. Key Responsibilities · Manage end-to-end SAP FI/CO application operations and support (L2/L3). · Ensure stable performance of SAP Finance modules including: · General Ledger (GL) · Accounts Payable (AP) · Accounts Receivable (AR) · Asset Accounting (AA) · Controlling (CO) · Oversee SAP application support activities, incidents, problems, and change management. · Act as escalation point for critical SAP issues. · Lead, coach, and develop a team of SAP support professionals. · Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvements. · Support functional analysis, system configuration, testing, and quality assurance activities. · Ensure compliance with corporate standards, governance, and audit requirements. · Collaborate closely with business users, global IT teams, and headquarters stakeholders. · Support operations related to SAP Basis, SAP HR, and BI environments. Requirements · Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance, or related field. · Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience . · Experience managing SAP application support and operations environments. · Experience leading or mentoring SAP support teams. · Strong knowledge of: · SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) · SAP CO · Financial and controlling processes · Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management. · Understanding of audit, compliance, and governance requirements. · Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Fluent English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications · ITIL certification or service management experience. · SAP S/4HANA experience. · Project management experience. · Experience working in multinational or global organizations. · Mandarin or German language skills are an advantage.
