About the Role: As a Senior Manager (Educational, Leisure and Sports programmes), you will lead the strategic design and delivery of programmes that manifest the YMCAHK’s Mission and embody Christian principles. You will develop strategies for implementing a self-financing model, ensuring that our initiatives are sustainable and accessible to individuals of all ages. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, identifying community needs, and creating engaging campaigns to raise awareness and participation. Additionally, you will embody Christian principles in fostering a nurturing environment that supports the overall development of participants. This position will report to the Deputy Director and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute educational, leisure and sports programmes for different age groups, e.g. adult class, children class and ERB programme etc. Embed the YMCAHK’s Mission into all educational, leisure, and sports programme activities to ensure that initiatives promote holistic well-being. Support the financial sustainability of self-financing units by analyzing trends and developing revenue-enhancing strategies. Work with internal teams and external partners to develop strategies that enhance community engagement. Oversee the operational enhancement of educational, leisure, and sports programmes and facilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and safety standards as mandated by the Government of HKSAR. Gather user feedback and track engagement to facilitate continuous improvement. Assist in refining policies for educational, leisure, and sports programme administration and operations. Job Requirements: Strong commitment to the Christian Mission and values of the YMCAHK. Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in programme management, preferably within the non-profit or recreation sectors. Proven track record of developing and implementing programmes for diversed age groups. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey the YMCAHK's Mission and engage the community. Financial acumen to manage budgets and analyze trends for programme sustainability.
